Surety bonds via PS Surety
Permit financial provision, landfill restoration bonds and performance guarantees are arranged through our partnership with PS Surety, a specialist UK surety broker. The bond facility is designed to sit alongside the environmental insurance programme so the regulator, lender and operator see one coherent picture of how aftercare and pollution liabilities are funded.
